WASHER GVL 450

The high-pressure machine with vertical wash chamber and disinfecting section is suitable for washing trays, multiplanters and boxes (polystyrene, PVC, polypropylene). GVL 450 is equipped with 8 nozzles, 2 of which are rotary.

The nozzles operate at 12 Bar with a multi-stage pump located outside. The water runs in a closed circuit thanks to the stainless steel filters, and it is replaced after 6 to 8 hours of operation. Use of washer eliminates the risk of disease transmission within the farm.

The unit is made entirely of stainless steel. Maximum capacity is up to 600 pieces per hour. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with two rotary brushes and a drying fan.
