TRANSPLANTER T12A
Electropneumatic transplanter for replanting from tray to tray or from pot tray. Sturdy construction made of suitable heavy alloys ensures stability and precision.
Changing parameters such as speed or depth of replanting can take place without stopping the machine and restarting through the Control Panel. Simple software and easy adjustment allows quick adjustment of the device to suit all types of trays. T12A is able to grip seedlings with large leaves and/or very tall.
Automatic lines for replanting on custom trays, as well as highly automated lines for sowing and replanting can be designed at the customer’s request.
Machine to transplant tray to tray or to pots. Built with frame in heavy metal construction to ensure stability and precision it holds a wagon grippers which operates at 90° to the direction of feeding of the trays. Grippers are individually motorized way of being totally independent from multiple processing and run the machine at full speed as possible. The sofware allows the implementation of programs in the “self-learning” with a large storage formats is picking-up and in destination.
Work speed and depth of transplantation may be changed without machine stop. Each machine includes the device to pick-up the plants sideway to facilitate the transplanting of very developed leaves and/or plants particularly high. Versions are available from 3 grippers (4-4.500 plants/hour) up to 10 gripers (14 to 15.000 plants/hour). Te grippers can be 30 or 50 mm. depending on the consistency of the plants and the dimension of plugs from which pick-up them.
