SHREDDER BBM

Easy-to-use semi-automatic shredding machine for peat pressed in Big Bag. The BBM is equipped with tilting mechanism, substrate shredder and depth probe for the automatic unloading of the substrate to other machines (machines for the production of peat cubes, pots, multiplanter fillers, etc.).

BBM is a system with a tilting mechanism capable of processing all kinds of big bales, compacting and crumbling soil to produce ready-for-use substrate. Automatically feeds flling and sowing lines as well as soil-blocking and potting lines. Te big-bale is directly positioned into the tank with a manual fork lif. Te machine includes: – Refning mill – 3 chain-system with crosspieces – Unloading outlet with probes – Safety doors with safety switch – Optional accessory: extension for bales 2.5m max height – Watering system.
